I charge a 80% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. LATE 15 mins MUST be rescheduled & is considered same day cancellation. ALL Clients Must Cancel or Reschedule before 24 hours of their scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of booking fee. No makeup on or around eyes before appointment. This includes moisturizer. NO kids | NO extra people unless they are being serviced Arrive with CLEAN lashes and brows. Although all precautions will be taken to ensure safety and wellbeing before and during perming procedures, and despite all precautions there can be risk of injury. Booking an appointment agrees to the above terms and conditions and will not hold the technician or business performing the services responsible for any damages or issues that may arise as a result of any service.
